Paid for, barely used
The diploma is not a tour of software features. It prepares the business-side AI champion who turns a recurring problem into a governed working solution.
Companies already pay for Microsoft Copilot. Most employees use only the chat box while workflows, agents, approvals, apps, and dashboards remain underused.
The missing person is the bridge: someone who can frame the work, build responsibly, and involve IT before rollout.
You bring one recurring problem and leave able to demonstrate a governed solution colleagues can use.
Who it is for
Choose a role to see the practical shift the diploma is designed to create.
Hours go into collecting updates, writing reports, and chasing approvals.
An agent maintains the log, approvals route correctly, and the manager edits an automatically prepared report.
The role you are building
An AI champion understands the work, can build a useful first solution inside approved boundaries, and knows when to involve IT for permissions, ownership, data access, governance, and rollout.
Six-step progression
Every session ends with a concrete deliverable. Demo Day turns the full solution into a business case for leadership and IT.
Run a working morning through Copilot: inbox, meetings, briefs, research, and follow-ups. Deliverable: a project workspace and a clearly framed business problem.
Work across Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams, then build the first workflow. Deliverable: a brief, model, deck, and workflow that files or routes the result.
Use Microsoft research and analysis capabilities, check evidence and quality, and build a first grounded agent. Deliverable: a cited research pack and an agent colleagues can use.
Connect agents, workflows, and human approval while learning identity, permissions, ownership, and governance. Deliverable: agent → workflow → approval → filed output.
Build a more capable agent in Copilot Studio, connect approved tools, and place a practical Power App or interface in front of it. Deliverable: a working agent and usable interface.
Complete the end-to-end solution, measurement dashboard, rollout logic, and Demo Day narrative. Deliverable: the functioning solution and Demo Day plan.
Choose your department
Each path joins an agent, a workflow, a human decision, and a measurable result.
Capture change requests, assess the impact, route approval, prepare the report, and expose open changes on a dashboard.
Skills to business value
Select a capability to connect the classroom work to a practical business outcome.
Capability
Define the user, trigger, approved data, decision, output, owner, and success measure before building.
Prevents disconnected AI experiments and gives IT a concrete use case to review.

Clear answers before you decide
Where Meska has not confirmed a policy or product entitlement, the answer says so plainly.
A six-session live online diploma for business professionals who want to solve one real workplace problem with Microsoft Copilot, agents, workflows, approvals, apps, and measurement.
Managers, analysts, coordinators, HR, finance, operations, service, sales, marketing, and ambitious professionals working in a company that uses Microsoft 365 and gives them access to a Microsoft 365 Copilot licence.
It is not designed as a developer or IT-administrator certification path, a generic AI theory programme, or a substitute for the required company licences and permissions.
Yes. You need access through your company. Free consumer Copilot by itself is not sufficient for the company-grounded work in this diploma.
Only if they also have an approved Microsoft 365 environment and Microsoft 365 Copilot access for the practical work. Otherwise, this diploma is not a fit yet.
No. The diploma is designed for business professionals. You will still learn the governance vocabulary needed to work effectively with IT.
No. Developers may find parts useful, but the core audience is the business side: people who understand the problem and need to build a responsible first solution.
Delivery can be in English or Arabic.
